Bellevue Apartment
The Bellevue apartment was a 38m² T2 at 5 rue de Bellevue in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Steven co-owned it in indivision with Brigitte and sold it with her in early 2026.
Sale
The apartment sold for 315,000 euros cash to Jean-Marc Gaggioli, Dimitri’s father. Steven handled the DPE upgrade from D to C, which he estimated added 20,000 to 25,000 euros of defensible value.
He also handled the copropriété problems around the sale: SADA insurance cancellation, the syndic threatening to resign over façade works, and the notarial document assembly.
Family coordination
The sale mattered because it required Steven and Brigitte to act together through a bureaucratic process. Steven described selling a jointly owned property with a parent as navigating a family relationship through notarial procedure. His conclusion was simple: “Les deux ont tenu.”
The apartment therefore functions as a material and relational event. It was a property transaction, but also a test of coordination between mother and adult child.
PartnerNote ecology
The buyer was Dimitri’s father. Dimitri was Steven’s neighbor and PartnerNote cofounder. The same 19th-arrondissement geography linked Steven’s current apartment, the Bellevue sale, Dimitri’s proximity, and the conditions under which PartnerNote became structured.
