MDPHP
MDPHP is the smoked stimulant that replaced 3-MMC in Steven’s life after Dimitri’s arrival in late 2025. It appears in the January 2026 and February to March 2026 chronicles as a more functional but still unstable support.
Replacement phase
The transition from 3-MMC to MDPHP happened around the same time Dimitri became a daily presence. Steven describes the end of the 3-MMC loop as caused by proximity, shared rhythm, and regular intellectual stimulation rather than by isolated willpower.
MDPHP then occupied the role 3-MMC had previously held: a chemical mediator between intention and work.
Functional compromise
Steven described MDPHP as “paradoxalement plus fonctionnelle, plus compatible avec le travail.” It supported work better than 3-MMC had by the end of that arc.
The February to March 2026 chronicle is more cautious. MDPHP is a “béquille bancale”, a crutch that gives enough stability to see the mountain but not always enough to climb it.
Meaning in the arc
MDPHP does not represent recovery. It represents substitution under constraint. Steven had ended one destructive loop but had not solved the neurological debt beneath it.
Its role is transitional: less chaotic than late 3-MMC, still chemically mediated, and still part of the unresolved relationship between executive dysfunction and stimulant support.
