Gilles SABART
Gilles SABART is a lawyer and collaborator in Ainternals, Steven’s 2024-2025 AI-assisted legal/investigation workflow project. He appears alongside Jean-François Fèvre and also in a direct thread where Steven helps him with AI tools, transcription setup, legal-process documentation, training workflows, and research.
Legal and technical role
Gilles is positioned as the more legal/process-oriented member of the collaboration. In group exchanges, Jean-François redirects questions about legal report templates, legal passages, and jurisprudential framing toward Gilles. In the direct thread, Gilles asks about AIPD/RGPD, personally identifiable information, legal process documentation, and research sources.
Steven shares tools and references with him: transcription products, AI prompting resources, meeting copilots, Notion workflows, training-content ideas, and research links. Gilles becomes a second operational user of Steven’s technical guidance, beyond Jean-François’s investigation workflow.
Tooling and process
The direct thread includes setup and testing around transcription quality, recording settings, transcript editors, AI meeting tools, and searchable training material. Gilles also explores how AI or tagging could help learners return to specific concepts inside training modules, such as employment-law topics.
In February 2025, the direct thread moves into compliance and research: AIPD, PII, process documentation, and source-backed investigation around Gotham City Research and SES-imagotag/VusionGroup.
March 2025 tension
The direct thread reaches a difficult point in March 2025. Steven asks for support while the application ordered through the Jean-François/Gilles collaboration remains unfinished. Gilles replies that the priority is to deliver the application cleanly as agreed with Jean-François, and only afterward discuss the rest. He also says he had tried to reach Steven repeatedly.
Steven experiences this as a failure of reciprocity after spending substantial time helping Gilles with technical and personal workflow issues. The exchange documents one of the clearest collisions between Steven’s real usefulness and his difficulty meeting professional reliability expectations under shutdown conditions.
Later contact
In January 2026, Steven contacts Gilles again for help finding a better-suited legal/IP or business-law contact for a new entrepreneurial project. Gilles replies that he will look in his network. The relationship is not fully repaired, but it remains minimally open.
