Body User Manual

The Body User Manual was a January 2026 health and self-management artifact built from SNPs, blood work, and quantified interpretation. It appears as one of the concrete outputs of the January 2026 rebuild.

Purpose

The artifact belonged to Steven’s broader effort to turn scattered personal data into usable operating knowledge. Instead of treating health as a vague background condition, the Body User Manual framed the body as a system with inputs, constraints, and readable signals.

This matched the same impulse behind the daemon and the personal wiki: externalize complexity, build a usable model, and reduce dependence on memory or mood.

January 2026 context

The Body User Manual appears alongside PartnerNote, Le Loup, and the daemon as part of a month where Steven felt he had existed rather than only survived.

Its importance is not that it solved health. It shows the mode of the month: convert accumulated disorder into structured artifacts.

Role in the wiki

The page is an artifact page because the object matters as a made thing. It is not only a health concern and not only a philosophy. It is one document in Steven’s larger effort to build cognitive and bodily scaffolds.
